The Voting system allows following actions :

• the owner can add voter to a whitelist
• the owner orchestrate the voting phases : RegisteringVoters, ProposalsRegistrationStarted, ProposalsRegistrationEnded, VotingSessionStarted, VotingSessionEnded, VotesTallied
• The owners tallies the votes and calculates the results
• Voters added to the whitelist can add proposals and vote for their preferred one
