Project Description
a DeFi protocol for launching real estate assets using on-chain auctions and transparent price discovery.
Instead of fixed or arbitrary pricing, properties are introduced through live auctions where bidders place USDC-backed bids with mandatory deposits, ensuring real demand and preventing spam. As the auction progresses, information about the asset (visuals, plans, documents) is progressively revealed, allowing the market to reprice the asset in real time based on new information.
The winning bidder receives a Reservation NFT representing an exclusive right to finalize the purchase off-chain within a defined timeframe. All bids, rules, deposits, refunds, and settlement logic are enforced by smart contracts, enabling global, permissionless access to real estate launches while reducing opacity, friction, and price manipulation in traditional pre-sales.
