Around the world courts have adopted the use of Service by NFT and Web3 Wallet, but until today no tool had been made to serve this growing need.

YOU HAVE BEEN SERVED - is built on Next.js 15, Prisma + Neon, Clerk auth, and deployed on Vercel.

Hedera: Every service generates two on-chain artifacts — an HCS consensus message to topic 0.0.9225885 (immutable timestamped proof with case ref, defendant wallet, and agent address) and an HTS NFT minted and transferred to the defendant. Notable hack: HTS caps NFT metadata at 100 bytes, so instead of inline data we store a URL pointing to a live /api/nft/meta endpoint (~62 bytes) that returns full JSON with image, description, and typed attributes — HashScan fetches it and renders a proper certificate.

ENS: The process server agent is youhavebeenserved.eth (ENSIP-25). The key detail: our Hedera operator account's EVM address is the exact same ECDSA keypair as youhavebeenserved.eth on Ethereum mainnet — one key, provable identity across both chains. Recipients are addressed by ENS name with live resolution via viem.
