Project Description
WPAgent is an AI-powered content monetization platform built for WordPress creators. Instead of publishing articles publicly where bots and AI models scrape them for free, creators can now protect and monetize content before it ever hits the open web.
Using our WordPress plugin, creators upload posts directly to decentralized 0G storage, set a USDC price, and automatically get AI-generated summaries. On the consumer side, users sign in with email using Coinbase CDP embedded wallets—no crypto knowledge needed. They ask natural-language queries like “show me blockchain tutorials,” and our AI agent discovers relevant content, handles payments, and unlocks access instantly.
WPAgent directly connects creators and readers, enabling secure monetization, AI-native discovery, and frictionless USDC payments.
How it's Made
WPAgent is built across two main components: a WordPress plugin for creators and a site platform for consumers. The plugin integrates with the 0G Network to store blog content on decentralized storage and uses the 0G Inference SDK to auto-generate content summaries. When a creator clicks “Monetize"(under each blog post only the admin , creator can see ) the plugin calls then it forwards and uploads the post, records metadata, and marks it as premium.
The main platform uses Next.js with Coinbase CDP embedded wallets to enable passwordless email auth and automatic wallet creation. Payments run on Base Sepolia using USDC. We used Agentkit to build an AI agent that parses natural-language queries, searches the stored content, and generates recommendations.
The system ties together decentralized storage (0G), AI inference, embedded wallets, and onchain payments into a seamless user flow.Hacky part: handling local WordPress → decentralized storage → AI-summary → marketplace ingestion pipeline automatically.
Everything feels smooth for both creators and consumers—even though under the hood it’s connecting Web2, Web3, AI, decentralized infra, and onchain payments.No popup's for transactions all handled abstractly by coinbase cdp wallets also onramp feature available too for web2 users
