Vidya Bridge

Vidya Bridge is a platform that connects donors with children in vulnerable situations to support their education. It uses blockchain to record donations in a transparent and permanent way, with USDC stablecoins to avoid volatility and ensure funds go directly to the children, without intermediaries. To protect privacy, children are identified only with unique IDs and regional data, never personal details or photos. The platform is designed to scale globally while keeping its focus on privacy, transparency, and direct educational impact.

This project was created as a learning experience during the hackathon. It uses The Graph protocol with Hypergraph to make building decentralized apps easier, combining public and private data while keeping privacy and ownership. The frontend is built with Next.js and TypeScript, the smart contracts are in Solidity, and the design uses CSS. Donations run on USDC stablecoins to provide privacy, transparency, and direct support.
