VeriChain

VeriChain is an AI-powered verification and data availability protocol connecting real-world assets to decentralized finance. It allows users to register, verify, and collateralize physical assets such as gold, property, or carbon credits using an AI-oracle layer that authenticates asset data and stores immutable proofs on-chain.

The system integrates decentralized storage via Lighthouse, scalable data availability through Avail, and transparent on-chain tracking using Blockscout. Each proof is AI-verified using Artificial Superintelligence Alliance models before being tokenized and made composable with existing DeFi protocols. Farcaster / BuildGuild provides wallet-linked identity and messaging between asset verifiers and owners, forming a trust graph around proof generation.

VeriChain’s frontend is built with React, Tailwind, and Shadcn (deployed via Vercel). The backend uses Solana Anchor smart contracts for escrow and USDC swaps, while Lighthouse APIs handle decentralized file persistence of AI-verification metadata. We integrated Avail testnet for low-cost proof hash anchoring and Blockscout API for public proof visibility.

The AI verification layer uses ASI Alliance APIs to detect inconsistencies in submitted asset data before proof minting. We’re experimenting with Farcaster identity tools (BuildGuild) to create decentralized verifier reputations. Everything ties together into a composable proof pipeline connecting physical authenticity to on-chain DeFi liquidity.
