The provision of healthcare services lacks optimization from the aspect of the providers as well as the beneficiaries resulting in an overall stressful environment and has loopholes at varied levels including the complex and time-taking procedure at the time of admission, transfer, discharge, payment and insurance cover of the healthcare expenses, scheduling the appointments, management and dynamically permissioned sharing of reports and prescriptions, erroneous and inaccurate diagnosis of reports and medical images, delay in providing emergency aid, unavailability of blood or medicines and missing routine checkups and vaccinations. The problem statement is to identify the challenges and resolve them to make the delivering of the healthcare services more efficient and friendly.
