Project Description

Urban Game Theory makes real estate schemes easier -- for both AI and humans, for both public goods and private profit. It allows any entity to make proposals that can be accepted (or not!) by parcel owners. All parcels in a city (6 major cities currently supported) are first minted on blockchain as NFTs. Proposals can then be created (also minted as NFTs) against those parcels. The owners of the parcels can see the offers and decide to accept or ignore them. If they accept, the smart contract will trigger a transfer of proposal offer to the owner(s).

How it's Made

This is a continuation of a project that was built for/with EVM. In this particular feature set these additions have been added:

  • ENS names for the individual parcels, proposals as well as the two smart contracts involved
  • Walrus as the storage layer for JSON and images (both parcels and proposals) instead of IPFS
  • Canton/DAML contracts as option that can be chosen instead of EVM
