Technical Architecture

1. Price Lock Mechanism

• Pyth Oracle locks ETH/USDC rates with expiry timestamps
• Returns quoteId that cryptographically binds price, amount, and deadline
• Prevents slippage between fiat payment and crypto delivery

1. Payment-to-NFT Bridge

• User pays 500 INR via UPI Gateway
• Relayer mints ReceiptNFT with tokenId=txnId and metadata={quoteId}
• NFT serves as onchain proof-of-payment with embedded rate guarantee
• Relayer transfers NFT to TreasuryHook (custody for execution)

1. Hook-Based Execution Engine

• Uniswap v4 Hook validates and executes swaps atomically

1. Extracts quoteId from NFT metadata.
2. Validates locked quote with Oracle (price, expiry, unused status)
3. Burns NFT to prevent double-spending
4. Calculates exact swap amounts using locked rate
5. PoolManager executes ETH→USDC swap with guaranteed output
6. ERC-6909 claims track user's USDC balance
7. User can withdraw to any wallet when ready
