However, this approach not only imposes substantial costs on the chain but also fails to guarantee sustainable liquidity maintenance. Uniliquid solves this by enabling users to access deep liquidity pools on Unichain, providing optimal swap execution quality for users on chains with limited liquidity.

Through its integrated cross-chain architecture, Uniliquid offers a comprehensive solution to liquidity fragmentation across multiple chains, allowing both single-chain swaps and cross-chain token exchanges through a unified liquidity pool.

Uniliquid utilizes several cutting-edge technologies to enable efficient cross-chain swaps:

1. Core Architecture:

   • Unichain serves as the liquidity hub
   • UniswapV4's Hook for swap execution
   • LayerZero for secure cross-chain messaging

2. Swap Flow:

   • When a user initiates a swap on Chain A, the source tokens are burned
   • LayerZero bridges the transaction to Unichain
   • Tokens are minted on Unichain and swapped using UniswapV4 pools
   • The resulting tokens are burned and bridged back via LayerZero
   • Finally, tokens are minted on the destination chain
