This innovative project is designed to revolutionize the rent management landscape by introducing joint guarantee agreements powered by blockchain technology and smart contracts. In building this project, we focused on the integration of blockchain technology and smart contracts to streamline rental management processes. We used Ethereum Goerli testnet chain as a secure environment and NFTs for proof of compensation. Legal specialists can verify and manage claims, ensuring compliance and fairness. The decentralized voting system holds participants accountable, fostering a trust-based ecosystem. By combining NFTs and the Ethereum blockchain, we achieved a convenient and secure rental management solution.
