TransferStream

I tried to see if it was possible to transfer streams from on person to another. The end goal of this was to be able to sell the streams halfway if one wished to do so, allowing for buyers to purchase it for a lower price and allowing them to receive the interest. Unfortunately, I couldn't get to work but I tried.

It uses hardhat and alluo. However, I ran out of time for this project and was unable to develop the features I wanted to. I'll look more into how this tech work in the future. Next time, I'll spend more time figuring out how the tech works before starting the project, then I can finish the project.
