How it's Made
CreditTracker contract continually maintains up-to-date credit scores for each contract and each user (tenant, freelancer, owner). Scores are dynamic: Updated in real time as payments are made/missed, insurance events occur, disputes are logged, and contracts close. Transparency: Scores and ratings are always available on-chain for any party—removing bias and manual filtering.
