Problem Traders split assets across several wallets and DEXs. It is difficult to track exposure, PnL and risk in one place, so they end up switching between dashboards and pulling data manually.

Solution A single dashboard that combines real time balances, positions, prices and PnL. It connects directly to Hyperliquid and a CDP wallet to show the full portfolio in one view. More DEX integrations will be added over time to expand coverage.

Business model The core dashboard is free. Revenue comes from advanced analytics, extra data sources and automated risk handling. Power users pay for deeper metrics and faster updates.

I built this by connecting the CDP ecosystem and Hyperliquid users in one place. The idea is to expand it later to cover more apps, but the core problem is already solved. Wallet assets and perp DEX data now live together in one view.

The app is a single page portfolio dashboard in Next.js with a custom portfolio engine that handles balances, positions and PnL. Most of the work went into integrating multiple APIs at once. I linked the CDP embedded wallet, the CDP data API and the Hyperliquid API inside one flow.

Getting everything to update cleanly and keeping the UI stable was the hardest part. I also tried to add write methods for Hyperliquid to resolve some risk alerts, but only the read side was reliable in the hackathon timeframe.
