Token2025

Token2025 is a protocol and product for tokenizing live events (concerts, sports seasons, festivals) so promoters can raise capital by selling compliant, revenue-share tokens to verified investors. The system is designed to work as an MVP on an EVM chain using ETH.

Core value proposition:

1. Access & Liquidity — opens event investing to retail/global investors by tokenizing future revenue.
2. Compliance — permissioned tokens (ERC-3643 style) ensure only verified participants hold tokens.
3. Risk mitigation — shared insurance pool reduces downside for small investors.
4. Automation — smart contracts mediate fundraising, payouts, and insurance claims.

Token Economics:

area — total number of shares (integer). req_amount — fundraising target pricePerToken = req_amount / area. INSURANCE_BP — insurance fee percentage goes to the common pool promoterShare — unsold tokens remain with Project/promoter; promoter receives net raise after insurance cut at close.

Revenue share distributions use token balances as the weighting.

ENS: Human-Readable Identities & Asset Registry

1. Give names to wallet addresses
2. As is the vision of ENS , we give contracts and tokens names eg: iicc.NewDelhi.eth Format is <event>.<location>.eth which makes the contracts quite intuitive hence improving th UX exponentially

Integra:

1. We follow the ERC-3643
2. We developed 3 extra ideas over real estates as Integra visioned

Insurance Pool:

1. to mitigate the risks we have implemented a common insurance pool
2. each event contributes 5% of their investment to the pool
3. later in case of loss , investors are compensated using this pool hence cushioning the impact
