Symbola

Symbola is a event ticketing platform for users to create events and buy tickets easily. This project explore Ethereum Attestation Service with a off-chain creation of the tickets. Symbola aim to propose a blockchain-based ticketing system that ensure the authenticity of a ticket and leverage the process of payment and wallet creation.

The project is built with the starter @optimism-starter for the frontend, contract and attestation, the backend is build in Kotlin with Ktor. Authentication is done with RainbowKit and Web3Auth to ease user experience. The main challenge is to ensure the authenticity of a ticket without too much trade-offs on the functionalities we want to propose, as so, events creation are delegate to Symbola backend
