Superseed is a simple, automated dollar cost averaging DApp paired with community impact to supercharge your DeFi investment strategy. We put your capital to work, generating yield as your funds await transfer and enable profit sharing options for public goods.
Superseed is a DeFi DApp that simplifies the process by which users can not only automate dollar cost averaging strategies for crypto purchases, but maximize the interest on their crypto earnings while simultaneously encouraging them to profit share for public good. We are specifically targeting users who hold and swap crypto but aren’t well versed in more advanced strategies like yield farming or don’t have the time to oversee their own dollar cost averaging (DCA) crypto buys. Web 3 enables agency maximization and we want to build on those principles and enable our users to have agency over growing their wealth and capturing some of the value in DeFi to delegate to funding further development of Web 3 ecosystem and beyond. We give our users a choice of how much capital they want to invest for DCA, over what period of time and what frequency they would like to make those crypto purchases. Users deposit the full sum for the month that will be used to purchase the asset over that time in order to initiate the DCA cycle. All funds allocated for incremental purchases are pooled for yield farming in order to provide the user with interest while their funds await DCA purchasing. Typically, the capital that has not yet been allocated to buy the asset sits losing value due to inflation, but with Superseed we let our users put that capital to work earning yield in AAVE until it is ready to be streamed into a DCA position. This gives the user an additional upside that they would not otherwise have. We are choosing Superfluid to set up the purchase stream because although the full month is deposited up front, we want to give users the ability to keep their funds liquid should they desire to take out their initial funds. We believe that true wealth building includes community building and have integrated an automatic minimum 2% of a user’s profits from our system to be distributed to a cause of their choosing across Public Goods, Open Source and a rotating Community Choice. Superseed allows users to select to give more or all of their interest profits if they so choose. It is our goal to create not only profits for our users and causes, but to facilitate a true sense of community around growing wealth and giving. As such, we plan to integrate a gamification element on two levels. On the Investing side, as a reward and to encourage users to develop and maintain a consistent DCA strategy, Superseed will be awarding “seed” tokens, which can be collected and combined for evolving NFT art (seeds to sprouts, small buds then blooms). On the Giving side, Superseed will be awarding “Giving” NFT badges that can be displayed on their profiles. In the future, we plan on integrating additional platform interest perks for users who are consistently collecting “Giving” NFT badges due to their generosity.
When a user lands on Superseed they have a choice to log in with WalletConnect. Then they select their amount they want to allocate. Once they are ready to start investing, we use Superfluid to continuously stream money into a dollar cost averaging position of the asset of their choice. We are using 1inch to perform token swaps but in the future we plan to integrate a lot more options for the DEXes that provide users the best price, like CoW Swap to perform the swaps. The rest of the capital that isn't streamed yet is allocated to AAVE to start generating yield. We also considered using APWINE to generate yield and in the future would offer more strategies based on duration of the investment and risk tolerance. To reward users for performing on-chain actions we are gamifying the experience by airdropping them dynamic NFT badges to showcase the progression of the user's DeFi Journey from Seed to Forest. The NFT images and metadata are stored on IPFS and we utilized OpenZepplin libraries to create the NFT collection as well as use their ERC-20 interface. The smart contract responsible for managing the DCA strategy with Superfluid is deployed on the Polygon Mainnet. We utilized Pocket Network decentralized RPC nodes to communicate with the Polygon blockchain. We used Push Protocol to send our users notifications about on-chain activities like when all of their balance had been deployed into a swap on CoW Swap. To make the project multichain, we deployed the project on Gnosis testnet, there are currently no yield protocols on Gnosis but we can implement the Superfluid and swaps on 1inch but we will be ready to offer the yield product once one becomes available. When logging in we also resolved ENS names to name and avatar to make the user interface more friendly for new and returning users alike.
