starkmark

Starkmark is a decentralized storage and sharing application layer based on Starknet. Starkmark has its unique Starknet contract as the protocol for data storage and sharing, which allows it to store and interact with data without being bound to a specific frontend. Of course, for this hackathon, we developed a frontend to demonstrate the functionality of Starkmark.

On Starkmark, you can easily create bookmarks to mark URIs and share them without worrying about data loss or changing devices. In addition to serving as a favorites list, you can also use Starkmark as your navigation website. Since the data is bound to your account, no one but you can tamper with your records.

We used the latest version of the Cairo language for contract development and utilized list storage. Considering gas limitations, we also used URL shortening techniques to better store data in Cairo's felt252 type. Beyond the contract, we have also made many improvements on the frontend to enhance usability.

By integrating dynamic.xyz, we've streamlined our development process, allowing us to focus on core business logic rather than wallet compatibility concerns. With dynamic.xyz, we've ensured compatibility with the entire Starknet ecosystem, providing a seamless experience for users of all Starknet wallets. Dynamic.xyz's integration of social logins, such as email, bridges the gap between Web2 and Web3, making Starkmark accessible to a broader audience。
