🏗️ Technical Architecture & Sponsor Integration

We built StakeSpeaks as a multi-chain application leveraging the unique strengths of each sponsor ecosystem. Our smart contracts are deployed on Kadena's Chainweb EVM using Solidity, taking advantage of Kadena's ultra-low transaction costs ($0.007 average) and infinite scalability through their unique Proof-of-Work architecture. This enables cost-effective micro-staking and high-throughput session management that would be prohibitively expensive on traditional blockchains.

For payments, we integrated PYUSD as our primary stablecoin rail, enabling seamless superchats where mainstream PayPal users can tip speakers in real-time without complex crypto onboarding. The 80/20 split mechanism (80% to speakers, 20% to listener reward pools) creates sustainable monetization while rewarding engaged audiences. Our frontend is built with Next.js and deployed on Vercel, providing a seamless Web2-like experience that abstracts blockchain complexity from end users.

Filecoin integration powers our session archival system, storing complete audio recordings, chat logs, and metadata using the Synapse SDK. This creates immutable proof of discussions while building valuable conversational datasets that can be monetized for AI training, establishing multiple revenue streams beyond live sessions.

The compound yield mechanism is our key innovation - when users stake KDA tokens, they're deployed to Kadena DeFi protocols generating returns. Only 30% of yield is distributed immediately, with 70% compounding in the pool, creating exponentially growing rewards that incentivize long-term platform engagement and speaker loyalty.
