It makes the health records digital making it paperless. It also makes more secure as the essential patients data is stored on the blockchain.

Basically, the hospital staff will scan the patients lab report and we are taking only the lab reports table using OpenCv. The extracted data from the table is converted to the json data. The data is sent back to client and then it can stored in the blockchain.
