AI-Powered Web3 Security, Revolutionizing Smart Contract Verification
Problem: Smart contracts power critical Web3 applications but remain highly vulnerable to exploits, causing billions of dollars in losses annually.
As Web3 adoption grows, smart contracts are increasingly used in financial services, NFTs, and dApps. However, they are also a major target for phishing, fraud, and exploits. Most users and small teams lack the technical knowledge or resources to audit smart contracts, leading to frequent vulnerabilities and losses.
Solution: We use advanced AI to scan smart contracts in real time for vulnerabilities and offer a reCAPTCHA-like API for security verification, making it easy to ensure contracts are safe before use.
reCEPTION is an AI-powered security validation platform for smart contracts, functioning as a real-time firewall for both Web2 and Web3 environments. It allows users to upload or paste contract code, which is then analyzed by an AI model trained to detect vulnerabilities. The system returns actionable feedback — including safety ratings, fix recommendations, and downloadable reports — helping developers, platforms, and everyday users stay secure without needing deep technical skills.
reCEPTION also provides API integration, allowing services like e-commerce platforms and Web3 apps to embed contract analysis tools directly into their workflows, ensuring trust and transparency in smart contract interactions.
We built reCEPTION by leveraging multi-network EVM integration to compile, test, and securely deploy smart contracts across various ecosystems. Our development process began with building and testing the reCEPTION smart contracts in controlled environments to ensure cross-chain compatibility and safety. Once validated, we deployed them on multiple EVM networks to enable seamless interaction and consistent functionality.
As part of the EVM Innovation Track, we designed reCEPTION to analyze smart contracts on both Hedera and EVM ecosystems. The system conducts automated audits to identify vulnerabilities and verify contract integrity. All analysis results are stored in the Hedera File Service (HFS), providing an immutable and transparent record of security findings. Users can upload their own reports to HFS for decentralized access and view all analysis outcomes directly through an interactive dashboard.
We also built reCommerce, an online platform integrated with reCEPTION that analyzes PYUSD smart contracts before a user makes a payment. Using our AI-based analysis model, reCommerce evaluates the security of PYUSD-related contracts, detects vulnerabilities, and recommends whether the user should proceed with the transaction. This approach ensures that every payment is informed by a prior risk assessment, enhancing safety and trust across DeFi and e-commerce environments where PYUSD is utilized.
