RapidX (Decentralized Paypal)

This project aims to help small and medium-sized eCommerce merchants expand their business globally in a fair and competitive manner by providing alternative to centralized PayPal.

It aims to reduce the fees by 100x and archives this through decentralization and community-sourced liquidity. The project involves tokenization of fiat, putting tokens on polygon blockchain, and using an adaptive AMM to facilitate cross-currency swaps at the lowest possible fees. Fees are further reduced for on and off ramp by using Open banking APIs instead of traditional on/off ramps.

AMM involves single currency pools, which are self-balancing through dynamic fees and cashback.

The protocol thus generates real yield to the liquidity providers i.e. community
