Our project is an opportunity for people who are looking for jobs to earn money through sharing data about why they want to leave their jobs. We sell the data from surveys about why they are leaving to businesses, and share the profits with the people who provided us that data. Power back to the people! We should profit off our own data. Not like how LinkedIn does it ;) We also create a platform for people in their networks to support them in their journeys, especially because sometimes, quitting can be really hard.

The tech that we used:

1. We built a smart contract using Alchemy, Polygon, and Ethereum.
2. We build a frontend that is connected to that smart contract and allows people to connect their wallet and send Eth to Sunwoo, the person who is quitting their job.
3. We implemented push notifications so anyone can subscribe to channel notifications as Sunwoo navigates their job transition.
4. We tested zero knowledge proofs from Mina, as well as verification from WorldCoin, in order to have verification that the person works at the company. This is to ensure that the data we gather from people is valid for our customers.

We tried a bunch of different technologies, but in the end, the most useful was the Push Notifications from Push Protocol for the notifications.
