As DeFi scales and attracts users from diverse backgrounds, the need for seamless, secure participation in the ecosystem grows. We believe that for mass adoption to truly take hold, users (who are not professional traders or managers) must have access to proper trusted third-party managers.

While there are a few solutions on the market, none combine permissionlessness, policy-driven security, and liquidity all in one platform. Quark fills this gap, offering a groundbreaking approach to decentralized asset management.

At Quark, we are leveraging cutting-edge technologies like omnichain messaging and intents to revolutionize asset management. Our flagship product, QuarkVaults, allows users to deposit assets into actively managed vaults, each governed by its own policy enforced by a dedicated smart contract, ensuring a secure and policy-compliant environment. Users can be sure of the vault’s risk level based on its policy while having exposure to DeFi protocols across many chains, through a single hub (chain).

How it's Made

Quark uses LayerZero to enable omnichain vaults by leveraging Active-Based Architecture (ABA) along with Unichain as a hub chain to provide infinite liquidity and drive user traction to the protocol. On the user side, Quark integrates Sign Protocol to make attestations over form data, allowing evaluation of users' risk profiles. This attestation functions like a notary, ensuring the accuracy and correctness of the results.

To make the entire user experience as seamless as logging into a banking app, Quark utilizes Dynamic, aligning with its vision that even grandparents can use it with ease. All of these technologies play a crucial role in supporting our project goal of being a new DeFi primitive built as essential infrastructure to blockchain mass adoption.
