Project Description

QiBlaster is a project that aims to create a new type of distribution method for DAOs with Superfluid streams. The main objective is to build a framework that allows a DAO to distribute funds to grantees in a constant way where the token holders can change the flow amounts of the streams with a simple voting mechanism while keeping their DAO governance functions.

In order to achieve this we’ve built a DAO launcher where you can create your organization in a very simple way. You choose a name, create the governance token that is going to be used for voting and distribute an initial balance to selected members. Then you set the voting parameters where you decide on the quorum and time settings. Finally you decide on which super token you want distribute, the initial amount to be deposited in the DAO treasury and the flowrate of the streams that are going to go to the different grantees as well their addresses.

Once the DAO is launched you will be able to see it in the dashboard area together with any other DAO created and a brief information of their token distribution data and an ENS subdomain will be assigned to it.

How it's Made

To build the QiBlaster DAO launcher we deployed an on-chain voting protocol from OpenZeppelin integrating ENS subdomains

For the wallet integration we used Walletconnect’s AppKit.

We used Figma for design.

Our intention was to use Superfluid and General Distribution Agreement for distributing the funds in streams, but we were not able to finish.
