Project Description
is an onchain platform that helps builders and brands collect meaningful feedback from their communities. Users can easily share their experiences, while AI organizes and highlights the most important insights. Everything is stored transparently, giving builders trusted input to improve and prioritize faster. Our goal is to make feedback actionable, visible, and fair for everyone.
How it's Made
The project combines smart contracts, decentralized storage, AI processing, and ENS identities into a unified feedback platform. We used Solidity to create the contracts that register products and link feedback entries via CIDs stored on Filecoin through the Synapse SDK.
User feedback is processed by an AI workflow using 0G, which classifies the message and generates insights before storing them back on Filecoin. ENS subnames give both users and products a readable identity in the system. A simple frontend ties everything together so builders can view structured insights instantly.
