PrivaCare is a groundbreaking telemedicine platform that redefines patient confidentiality by leveraging Nillion’s secure multi-party computation (MPC) to ensure end-to-end encrypted medical interactions. Designed for patients and doctors who prioritize data sovereignty, PrivaCare enables secure storage of medical records, private symptom analysis, and confidential prescription workflows—all without exposing sensitive health data to third parties.
How it's Made
PrivaCare will be built using a privacy-first tech stack: Nillion’s MPC encrypted and processed medical data (e.g., allergies, prescriptions) without decryption.
React/Node.js powered patient/doctor dashboards, with MetaMask for wallet auth. Polygon smart contracts managed time-bound access permissions.
*** This is work in progress due to time constraints*** IPFS stored encrypted files (MRIs, reports), while keys were secured via Nillion.
Partner Tech Benefits: Nillion enabled confidential computations (e.g., checking drug safety on encrypted records).
IPFS + Filecoin provided decentralized, tamper-proof storage.
