Language Learning with Multi Language Context using Spaced Repetition on Flow.
Polyglot transforms the proven Leitner spaced repetition system into a revolutionary multilingual learning platform built on Flow blockchain. The traditional Leitner method uses progressive review intervals where correctly recalled flashcards move to longer spacing boxes, while incorrect answers return to frequent review. Our system implements seven learning layers spanning a 64-day mastery cycle: daily review (Layer 1), then progressing through 2-day, 4-day, 8-day, 16-day, 32-day intervals, culminating in long-term retention beyond 64 days. However, instead of learning languages in isolation, LeitnerLang enables simultaneous multilingual learning through contextual connections.
The platform's breakthrough lies in teaching concepts across multiple languages simultaneously. Rather than simply memorizing "apple" → "manzana," learners encounter the concept of "apple" through Spanish "manzana," French "pomme," German "Apfel," plus cultural contexts, idioms, and regional variations. This creates stronger neural pathways by building multiple retrieval routes for the same concept while developing cultural understanding and linguistic pattern recognition. As learners progress through the seven Leitner layers, they're not just memorizing translations but building deep conceptual frameworks that accelerate acquisition of additional languages.
We built this with Dynamic Auth and Flow. Dynamic is so easy to implement, and Flow is great once you get the hang of it. With my experience with Flow and AI coding on flow I was able to breeze through the smart contract development. We ideated and iterated and worked ona passion project that we care about alot as native bilingual language learners. Polyglot is for the language learner who understands languages better in the context of multiple languages.
