Amplifying DNA, governance, and privacy. Bridging bioinformatics to the blockchain.
We amplify DNA, governance, and privacy. We polymerize fragmented data into living proof. From gargantuan bioinformatic oceans, we surface clarity. Anchored on-chain, we aim towards governance, privacy and interoperable design to prepare for the imminent overflow of biological data.
We built the project using Solidity (Hardhat) for the smart contract, deployed on Sepolia, and a React + TypeScript (Vite) frontend for interaction. Users upload structured genomic claims (e.g., JSON with tags and scope), which are pinned to IPFS via Pinata (JWT-auth). Claims are then written on-chain with createClaim, encoding metadata like scope, validUntil, and tags. We integrated ethers.js for wallet connectivity and contract interaction. Technologies from Pinata, and planned integrations with World ID, Flare, and Vlayer, shape a pipeline where privacy, identity, and interoperability converge around decentralized genomic proof.
