PoliSwap

Our platform is a unique marketplace where individuals can buy and sell services as digital assets or physical goods. Our goal is to connect people from Latin America to the rest of the world and facilitate the exchange of services in a seamless and secure manner using Filecoin as a payment method.

This project was built using a combination of NFT Storage, wagmi.sh, and ethers.js. NFT Storage was used to store the digital assets, such as services, as non-fungible tokens on the blockchain. Wagmi.sh provided a user-friendly interface for the exchange of these assets, and ethers.js was used to interact with the FVM and manage the transactions.

The integration of Google Firebase was crucial in facilitating the retrieval of data stored in the IPFS URI. It allowed us to easily access the information stored in IPFS and display it on the platform, which was a key aspect of the project.

We did not use any particularly "hacky" techniques, but we did impress ourselves with the ability to piece together different technologies to create a seamless and efficient platform. Our team was proud to have developed a platform that not only addressed the needs of the users but also utilized the latest technologies in a practical and effective manner.
