However, when it comes to buying or selling property, a decentralized solution seems hard to find. ☹️

There comes a PlotaLoom – a game-changer in private property dealings! 🚪

PlotaLoom is an innovative solution that revolutionizes property dealings by providing a decentralized land marketplace. We effectively get rid of scams and conflicts that usually cause problems in traditional property dealings.

Our platform offers a secure user experience through efficient wallet logins and location-based verifications and leverages Anon-Aadhar for the Indian region and Polygon ID globally as the singularity of the user. Anonymity is a cornerstone that ensures buyers and sellers communicate securely. 🔐

We protect the identity maintaining the privacy of users in real-time chats and issue a warning through Push whenever an attempt is made to disclose personal information. We aim to resolve conflicts arising from multiple users vying for the same property through auctions and bidding, promoting fairness in dealings. Leveraging blockchain enhances overall security, addressing vulnerabilities present in conventional property dealings. 🔔

Beyond the initial stages, the monetization strategy will see an implementation of innovative revenue streams, including premium subscriptions and minimum transaction fees, ensuring a diversified income model. With an eye on finance scalability, we plan to tailor its platform to meet the distinct property regulations and user preferences of various regions. Collaborations with strategic influencers will further propel PlotaLoom's evolution into a market leader, fostering continued success in the decentralized landscape of Web3 eventually in the real world. 💰

We faced several tech-stack challenges:

• While working with Anon-Aadhar SDK, we weren't able to test it in our local system. Further, we were provided with the dependencies by the officials which were limited to Next and couldn’t support our existing Vite based client. That made us create 2 clients. 🫠
• Polygon ID integration was a bit tricky because the js-iden3-auth SDK had some functionalities that were about to come soon (JSW) which was the first step to implement. (Navbar-> Tools https://devs.polygonid.com/) 👀
• We faced privacy concerns in Lighthouse integration due to the absence of encryption libraries in their Python SDK. 🛠️
• Integration complexities between Python and JavaScript based frameworks.
• Consideration of authentication methods in Web3, eventually chose Moralis after a brief discussion with mentors. 🔒

Overall, transitioning from Web2 to Web3 was challenging, but we enjoyed it as a team! 🙌
