PeerPower DAO

1. By removing central points of control, P2P dApps with DAO governance aim to be more resistant to censorship and single points of failure. I have Waku to achieve p2p connection.

2. Content Governance by DAO: Any content posted on PeerPower has to go through DAO process. So no more stupid content.

3. The data can be used to train AI model to recognize bad content.
