PayRolled is an institutional-grade treasury and global payroll management platform built on the Arc network, designed to maximize capital efficiency for Web3 organizations. While traditional payroll systems are static and siloed, PayRolled turns the payroll process into a dynamic treasury strategy by integrating directly with top-tier DeFi protocols like Aave and Uniswap.

Key Features & Technical Implementation: Arc-Native Treasury Management: Leveraging Arc’s capital-efficient Layer-1 architecture, PayRolled allows admins to manage payroll queues with USDC as the primary gas and settlement asset. The platform is built for institutional scale, ensuring that large-scale distributions are handled with minimal friction. Aave Auto-Savings & Yield Generation: PayRolled doesn't just hold funds; it puts them to work. We’ve integrated Aave V3 to allow employees to automatically deposit a portion of their incoming salary into savings pools. This enables real-time yield generation on idle wages, turning every paycheck into a productive asset. Uniswap Automated Investing: Through our Uniswap V4 integration, employees can set up automated investment strategies. They can configure their payroll to automatically swap a percentage of their USDC wages into assets like WETH or WBTC, facilitating seamless Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA) directly at the point of payment. Global Multi-Chain Distribution: Using Circle’s CCTP and advanced routing, PayRolled enables organizations to pay a global team across multiple chains instantly. Employees can choose their preferred destination chain (Base, Sepolia, Arc) and currency, with the platform handling the cross-chain bridging complexity in the background. ENS-Powered Configuration: We utilize ENS (Ethereum Name Service) text records to allow employees to store their payroll preferences (target chain, split percentages, and addresses) on-chain. This makes the employee configuration portable, secure, and easily verifiable. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): The system features a distinct split between Admin Dashboards (for payroll oversight, employee management, and treasury controls) and Employee Portals (for personalized yield tracking, investment configuration, and payment history).
