sybil resistant signal voting to replace traditional forum voting
the dao is using discourse forum software to request a signal vote on a proposal. if quorum is met on this vote, it indicates the proposal is ready to be taken to a governance vote. the discourse forum however got attacked, and tens of fake accounts were created and used to vote. this project wants to solve this.
by implementing a specific snapshot.org strategy, users get 1 vote per address that holds governance tokens, instead of 1 vote per 1 token. it brings the governance process a step closer to complete sybil resistance. json config file was written and adjusted to use the correct strategy. see https://github.com/gosuto-ai/snapshot-strategies/commit/cc9eb18749b8df4ca4522a35b675da0fa03e800a
