NYAnCAT is a World APP Mini App that can serve four roles: AI banking advisor, fund manager, AI news source, and governance tool. -As a personal banking AI advisor, it can use ML to search for low-risk investment opportunities on CEXs. -As a fund manager, it can execute strategies and collect revenues. -As an AI news source, it can collect the latest market trends and present them to you in a few words. -As a governance tool, you can use it to vote for your favourite strategies. Most importantly, it is a cute cat.
The core of NYAnCAT is the delta-neutral strategies making and execution. NYAnCAT stands for “Neutral Yield AggregatioNal Compounding Algorithmic Treasury”. By delta-neutral, it means the returns of the strategies are not affected by the value fluctuations of the underlying assets; rather, they represent a form of arbitrage profit.
Core strategy Currently, the delta-neutral strategies NYAnCAT uses is funding rate arbitrage on CEX. We hold a spot position in crypto assets while taking an opposite perpetual futures position to capture the periodic funding payments. We can execute the strategies on CEXs.
Product logic Users can first deposit their stablecoins into our protocol and mint vyShares. NYAnCAT collects data from CEXs and finds the best token pair to do the funding rate arbitrage. It will transfer the assets into CEXs and execute the strategies. The profits generated from these strategies will then be returned to the users as yield. The yield is reflected as the growing amount of vyShares. Users are able to track the performance through the dashboard on the website.
User verification: using MiniKit to build a World App Mini App We use MiniKit to build a mini app and only verified users can get access to our services. The strategies deploying process 1 Users mint vyShares by depositing USDC into a on-chain smart contract. 2 Off-chain Strategy Searching: ROFL queries data on token pairs from CEXs and identifies the best funding rates and token pairs to execute strategies using machine learning. 3 Off-chain strategy searching: The strategies are returned to the frontend and show as proposals 4 Voting: We require users to verify their World ID before they participate in the voting to ensure these are valid votes. If a strategy has enough “YES” votes, we will deploy the strategies. 5 Strategy deploying: ROFL receives the result of the voting, if the strategy pass, ROFL will trigger smart contracts to deposit assets to CEXs and then open the long/short position 6 Show yielding: The ROFL will query the total value of the assets and send it back for users to check. Users see the USD value of the vyShares increase in their wallet. Benefit of using ROFL We can use off-chain computing resources rather than on-chain resources to perform the compute-intensive work of token pair search and strategy selection.
Performance tracking: We post the data of the performance of the strategies from ROFL to Hypergraph and then show it in our website dashboard. Benefit of using hypergraph: Hypergraph is a great way to connect ROFL data with our frontend. It also provide us a place to store the data and save for future use.
