NFTShield is an intelligent AI-powered analyzer designed to protect users from fraudulent NFT projects. Every day, new scams appear in the NFT space, and many users lose money because they can't easily recognize which projects are dangerous. Our tool helps solve this problem.

NFTShield works by detecting suspicious activity in real time. It analyzes the metadata of NFTs, such as the name, description, and images, and checks if any of these elements are copied or reused from known scam collections. It also examines the behavior of the smart contract — for example, looking for hidden minting functions, unusual permissions, or signs of a possible rug pull.

Another important part of the system is analyzing the creators behind the NFT collection. NFTShield checks their past activity, other wallets they’re connected to, and their reputation in the Web3 space. Based on all this information, it calculates a risk score and warns the user before they make a purchase or interact with the contract.

By combining off-chain AI with on-chain data analysis, NFTShield gives users a simple way to stay safe while exploring NFTs.

We used the popular LLaMA model to analyze the visual content of NFTs. This model helps us understand patterns, similarities, and detect signs of scam collections that reuse or copy images from other sources. To make this work in real time, we created a backend API that runs on Fluence. It allows us to process NFT images quickly and efficiently, without needing centralized servers. Fluence made it easy to scale and connect our AI model with other parts of the system in a fully decentralized way.
