Project Description

This app connects mothers who live in the same neighborhood so they can help each other, exchange information and motherhood tips, and organize meetups and activities for their children. It uses World ID for identity verification to keep out malicious individuals and ensure the safety of mothers and children in the community.

When registering using email and password, the mother fills in her personal data in the profile, such as name, age, address, and the name and age of her children. Automatically, upon registering her address, she will be allocated to a community of mothers who reside in the same neighborhood as her. Within this community, she can join groups according to the age range of her children. In these groups, it is possible to participate in the chat.

There is also a separate space for discussions separated by topics such as health, activities, and behavior, so that they can help each other and exchange information.

It is important to emphasize that every time a person tries to access the community, identification through World ID is requested. Without this authentication, access is denied. This is the main difference from other social interaction apps for mothers, where there are routine cases of malicious individuals infiltrating the user base.

How it's Made

My programming experience is practically nonexistent. This is my first Hackathon. I used devin.ai to build the application and then followed World's step-by-step instructions to do the external integration of user identity verification. I arrived without hope of achieving anything, but I leave happy with the little I accomplished.
