Our project addresses a core inefficiency in the growing AI agent ecosystem. Currently, every agent operates in a silo, forcing users to repeatedly provide the same personal data. This creates a fragmented experience where your dietary agent doesn't know your workout plan, and your data is scattered across services you don't control. We introduce the Persona Protocol: a single, encrypted, and user-owned 'Persona Vault' that acts as a universal context layer, storing your preferences and history in one secure place.

Through our Inter-Agent Context Protocol (IACP), agents can request specific, necessary context from your vault. You are instantly rewarded with crypto for sharing. This simple, incentivized exchange provides agents with high-quality, verified data for hyper-personalization. This empowers users with true data sovereignty and a new way to earn, while allowing developers to build more powerful agents efficiently, fostering a collaborative and user-centric AI economy.

Our application is highly consumer-centric, so we integrated the Flow Protocol for fast and cost-efficient transactions, ensuring that each user’s interactions with different agents are tracked to support both pay-later functionality and incentivization. We used Hypergraph to privately maintain knowledge graphs and Polygon’s x402 micropayments protocol to handle user incentivization.

One workaround we implemented was creating an event listener for the smart contract deployed on Flow. Whenever a new query is detected, this listener acts as a proxy to trigger our models and initiate a transaction through x402. Once the transaction succeeds, the model is unblocked, allowing it to use the preserved context while maintaining a seamless pay-later cashflow experience.
