A futures market for p2p gateways to facilitate resilient uncensorable commerce sites in order to solve the problem of trusted site discoverability & hedging exit scams
This projects aims to combine a few various different technologies that work in an ecosystem.
The prime value point was using chron adapters from chainlink to provide a uptime to on-chain oracles fueling the futures contracts. The targeted use case was to track various different internet gateways into other parts of the off-chain web, like dat project and tor.
Users can place a futures contract on whether or not a site will go down within a certain time frame. By creating a futures market on p2p sites, not only are endpoints stored on chain thereby increasing visibility, this lends next steps into performing futures contracts on order volume.
