It's a project to create a meme VC with a DAO. m3m3 DAO allows anyone to participate in sales like a VC. Users can stake Ethereum to get a stake in the form of an NFT or propose a vote for a meme coin. Only the meme coins that win the vote are sold in the presale, and the general public can burn the NFTs they voted for and receive meme tokens.
How it's Made
The project utilizes React for the frontend and Solidity for the backend to create a system. We prioritize simplicity in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) to facilitate easy participation. Users have the ability to send Ethereum and mint NFTs, which serve as a voting method. Upon receiving NFTs for voting, users can cast their votes using the NFTs according to their allocated numbers.
Additionally, anyone can register a project proposal, and all related data is recorded on the smart contract. Users also have the option to purchase meme coins associated with the top-ranked project. Buying entails burning the NFT and receiving ERC20 tokens in return.
