Maskie is bringing fun back to social media. It's a new type of consumer-app, where content creators can create posts as hidden NFTs. They can embed these as posts on twitter, ig, etc and any follower can buy and unmask it! They’ll then be the owner of that NFT and can hold or resell, as they wish.
How it's Made
1 - The main Maskie contract is a ERC721 contract, with some modifications 2 - Used ZeroDev for Account Abstraction, making UX seamless 3 - Sign in with Ethereum or Sign in with Google for user onboarding 4 - Frontend deployed on vercel with Next.js, backend apis on AWS.
Thought a lot about clean user onboarding. with AA, there's no transaction signing, gas fee, eth, etc. Everything is in USDC and getting started is so easy. - If you're in crypto, just send some USDC to your new smart contract account. - If you're not in crypto, deposit a bit of USDC via Ramp OR just sell a Maskie and you've got some USDC!
