🔒 Privacy-First Everything: We obsess over privacy—judges remain anonymous through Flow VRF randomization and Dynamic encrypted mapping. AI also powers the leaderboard to show top 20 teams without revealing exact ranks, creating anticipation while protecting everyone until the big finalist reveal.

🤖 AI-Powered Intelligence: Real-time AI doesn't just help judges understand complex tech and score fairly—it aggregates insights across all evaluations, identifying patterns in what makes projects succeed across 5 key criteria.

🏆 Progressive Reputation NFTs: Teams get Flow NFTs that evolve from basic metadata during judging (protecting the mystery) to rich scoring profiles post-announcement. The suspense of waiting for full data unlock creates community engagement.

Tech Stack & Why We Chose It

• Flow EVM & Layer 1: NFT contract deployment for OpenSea marketplace compatibility and easy VRF access for provably fair judge randomization
• Dynamic Wallet: Embedded wallet auth and management for judge access control, plus server wallet functionality enabling our agent to operate autonomously with encrypted state storage
• OpenSea MCP: Model Context Protocol integration with tools like search, search_tokens, get_token_swap_quote, get_trending_tokens, get_profile - our agent enables all OpenSea use cases for market intelligence

Process Flow

1. Teams submit → Agent mints NFT on Flow EVM
2. Flow VRF generates randomness → Dynamic's encrypted state privately maps judges to projects
3. Judges authenticate via Dynamic embedded wallet → Evaluate with AI assistance
4. Real-time leaderboard shows top 20 (no rankings revealed)
5. Admin confirms finalists → Agent updates NFT metadata with full scores
6. OpenSea MCP tools enable comprehensive market intelligence queries
