Project Description

The project is built on top of MIST.cash, private payments protocol on Starknet (soon to be cross chain). The project combines the base rules of funds movement with ZK JWT verification with a recursive ZK proof with Noir. In this session we had the JWT generation, processing and ZK proof generation working. Recursive ZK proof combining the two proof is also finished. Soundness is guaranteed by combining the nullifier generation with the email used in JWT verification. The proof is generated client side and submitted to the server but it's not processed yet. User's are able to send the money to an email but the claiming isn't finished yet.

How it's Made

The core of this project is JWT verification which was written and tested during this hackthon. The proof was combined with a recursive cash proof which tracks base rules for transacting token privately. Integration with Auth0 enables minimal logistics with non-rotating public keys. This is also integrated on the frontend. Private transactions can be sent to an email (end to end functioning). But claiming process needs backend wallet setup and claim on behalf of the client.
