This project used the popular Hardhat starter kit for smart contract deployment to multiple chains (Optimism mainnet and Base Testnet) while used foundry for (Zora Testnet and Mode Testnet) contract deployment, integrated Amazon Web Service (AWS) backend storage to populate additional user's data to help remove extremely high cost of gas fees for storing user details on the Blockchain and also as an backup storage for the created proposals. For the frontend, react javascript library was used for a seemless working functionality of every connected blockchain/database functions, rainbowkit wallet integration was used for an easy wallet connecton experience and ethers.js library was used for the smart contract connection with the frontend.
