Kakarot ERC20

Kakarot -- an EVM interpreter written in Cairo which leverages the STARK proof system -- For this weekend we have developed a simple version of a constructor and added a few new opcodes so we could run ERC20 compiled bytecodes. .

This project required some additions to the Kakarot implementation using Cairo and Python. It required solidity smart contract development for the ERC20 contract. It also required StarkNet tooling to deploy the ERC20. The front end was built using NextJS and Tailwindcss.
