Kairos

Kairos is an omnichain fund management platform. It is named after the ancient Greek word for a critical moment in time, Kairos helps you seize the right opportunities, exactly at the time they matter most.

Users can deposit assets from any chain, without worrying about bridges or network switches. In return, they receive $FUND, a unified token representing their stake in a portfolio.

Whether it's riding meme coin momentum, earning yield from tokenized real-world assets, or capitalising on cross-chain arbitrage, Kairos is designed to make it simple.

Investment strategies are managed by AI, human experts, or a combination of both. Users can choose from fully autonomous AI funds, hybrid funds that tap into Web2 signals, or curated strategies from whitelisted professionals and top user in the community.

Kairos is here to abstract complexity and enable one-click diversification across chains, protocols, and risk levels. We make cross-chain DeFi investing intelligent and optimised for the moment.

Our AI agent is built in TypeScript/Node.js and runs on 5-second cron jobs. It integrates with Groq AI for real-time trading signal processing and uses ethers.js to execute transactions through modular strategy contracts.

The smart contracts are written in Solidity and deployed as ERC-4626 vaults on the Flare Coston2 testnet. Users deposit tokens into the vault and receive shares in return. These vaults are designed for modularity, allowing AI agents to execute fund strategies directly through connected modules.

For cross-chain functionality, we use LayerZero’s OAPP to send and receive cross-chain messages. This enables our AI agent to manage funds and perform trades across Flow, Flare, and other EVM-compatible chains, providing true omnichain execution.

On Flare, the mainnet vault holds user deposits. We leverage Flare’s price feeds to obtain real-time data such as ARP token prices and facilitate direct AI-initiated swaps. This makes Flare the central settlement and execution layer for the MVP.

Flow is integrated via a cross-chain trading agent, allowing users on any connected chain to deposit funds while the agent autonomously buys and sells Flow-native assets to capture profitable opportunities.

The frontend is built with Next.js 14, React, and Tailwind CSS, using Shadcn UI for consistent design. Spline-powered 3D animations create a modern, immersive experience while the interface helps users explore different fund types, including AI-managed, hybrid, and human-managed strategies.

Web3 integration is handled with Wagmi v2 and Viem v2, enabling wallet connections, signature requests, and transaction tracking across supported EVM chains.
