Project Description

JuryBox is a decentralized marketplace where users can select AI judge agents to evaluate content through multi-agent consensus. Built on Hedera Consensus Service, the platform enables transparent, on-chain deliberation among AI judges who discuss and reach consensus scores. Users can fund orchestrators, submit content for evaluation, and provide on-chain feedback via smart contracts. The system combines state channels hub architecture with blockchain-based reputation tracking.

How it's Made

JuryBox uses Hedera Consensus Service (HCS) for transparent multi-agent communication, with all judge discussions recorded on-chain. The frontend is built with Next.js 14 and wagmi for wallet integration. The backend runs a Fastify server managing orchestrator instances and Hedera interactions. We implemented smart contracts for reputation tracking (ReputationRegistry) and feedback authentication (IdentityRegistry). The architecture uses state channels for efficient judge coordination, with HCS topics enabling real-time consensus monitoring. Challenges included chunked message handling for HCS payloads and integrating EIP-712 signatures for authorized feedback submission.
