Core features

1. Smart price protocol: In order to speed up the Web3 ip usage and transaction, multiple negotiations between the Licensors and users should be avoided and the price should tend to be the market consensus rather than the subjective pricing of the licensor. In contrast to users defining the price, we dynamically adjust prices based on the market. Each time an NFT is successfully licensed, we increase the price based on the math formula for that IP, and if the NFT IP has not been used in the last 10 days, the price is automatically reduced according to the protocol price function. This price protocol is owned by the ip3 community, we can adjust the protocol formula and parameters through community proposal and voting.

2. End-to-end web3 IP solutions for different business scenarios We also provide practical advice and solutions for business on Web3 IP. Most businesses do not know how to use Web3 IP when they get it, so just having NFT access does not make much sense. We will provide them with advice for different usage scenarios. Users can see the showcases of the corresponding business scenario, the budget, and what they need to prepare. They don't have to spend time and money on things they are not familiar with.

IP3 community IP3.ETH provides the authorization service of Web3IP for commercial companies, so that traditional enterprises can try the business cooperation between Web3IP and traditional enterprises at a reasonable cost without spending a large amount of money. IP3.ETH is an open community with around 100 members. All NFT communities and holders are welcome to join us. It will distribute most of the authorized income to the holders. While helping the holders obtain income, IP3.ETH will allow high-quality NFT to reach more people in the real world.

IP3 is a digital licensing platform to provide digital authorization on-chain with dynamic smart pricing mechanism. Features:

• One NFT could be authorized to multiple authorizations.
• No need to stake the NFT into the smart contract, NFT hrt contract parts] holders can sign-in to authorize their NFTs without transferring their NFT out from their wallets.
• Support authorized in count term (e.g. 10 times), or authorized in time-period term (e.g. 6-month).
• Support payment with APE Coin.
• Powered by Push Protocol to notify subscribers of the latest contract state changes. In IP3, we integrated Push protocol into our smart contract to send notification to IP authorizers when their NFT gets rented successfully by renters. They will either be able to receive the notification in the Inbox of Push dashbox or get a pop-up notification by installing the Chrome extension of Push protocol.
• By using Tenderly Simulation, the contract enables faster tests in specific environments (block number, transaction parameters, and etc.); using Alerts in real-time help us to efficiently monitor the contract’s on-chain activity (event emission, functions calls, and change of state variables) and could take action responsively if the contract is being exploited.
