Users can use any combination of plug-ins, wallets, and paymasters to exist free of a static digital wallet. As such, users can generate as many ERC6551, Safe, Simple Account wallets as they want and have them all owned in one decentralized location.

Optimistic rollups allow for rather seemless transactions and between L1-L2, L2-L2, and L2-L1-L2 interactions. By creating an optimistic paymaster we can forward the user operations and their corresponding values across L1 and L2 ecosystems. This creates essentially an EVM parachain in nature. Such L2s include Optimism Goerli, Zone Goerli, and Base Goerli.

But what about Mode network? Mode runs on Sepolia OP L2. This means we need an oracle or relay our transaction between Goerli - Sepolia
