Project Description
HeartToFind is an innovative word search game in a Farcaster Frame. It is integrated with HeartBits from fileverse - players earn HeartBits based on the time spent playing HeartToFind.
This is a proof-of-concept to showcase what HeartBits can do - imagine it being available in every frame, allowing novel insights into users' on-chain activity!
How it's Made
HeartToFind is built using Next.js, Tailwind CSS and frames.js. The leaderboard contract is written in Solidity, currently deployed on Base Mainnet, Gnosis and Arbitrum. For demo purposes, we are using Base Mainnet, as that is the only chain supported on Warpcast at the moment. For the HeartBit integration, we used the HeartBit SDK from fileverse.
By leveraging HeartBits, it provided a novel way of tracking a user's time spent playing HeartToFind. Users can now earn HeartBits based on their on-chain activity, while developers can also get useful insights on the users' time spent on the frame.
At the moment, the HeartBits earned is based on the time spent on the frame. In the future, we plan to add more novel reward mechanisms to reward users who solve the puzzles quickly.
